Now I rent my nice apartment in the second place.
3 rooms and kitchen
64 sqm
Rent 9900 SEK / month
For rent unfurnished
Entry September 1 or earlier
The apartment was completely renovated in 2011 and is located on the 2nd floor of a cozy 40’s house with a total of 5 apartments and a student apartment in basement. Villa feeling when the association is small. You easily get the feeling of having your own back in the garden. As a tenant, you obviously have equal access to the common garden with cultivation boxes if you wish and patio with barbecue. The same goes for laundry room, bicycle room and basement space. As a tenant, you also receive equally shared responsibility for mowing and snow removal (rolling schedule). Participation in joint cleaning days (2 times / year) is voluntary but can be recommended as it usually results in fun.
Bright and spacious apartment with gable location. The light is flowing! Throughout parquet and white walls and joinery. Year of construction 1943.
The property is connected to cable TV via com home. Broadband via com home is subscribed and paid separately by the apartment owner.
If a parking space is desired, it is possible to arrange and a fee according to the rent is added to the rent.
All apartments in the house are condominiums and are run jointly by the small board consisting of one member from each household. Very nice and pleasant people living in the house.
At svenskfast.se is currently the attic from the house laid out as “upcoming sale”. There is more info and pictures on the house if you want to read more.
NOTE the pictures from the kitchen, bathroom and living room here in the ad are from the apartment at the bottom of the house. I am missing pictures with the interior of the apartment because I have rented it out for a few years now. The layout and condition of these apartments is basically the same so it gives a little guidance on what it looks like inside. I will arrange a small viewing if you are interested and if I think you can fit as a tenant.
Interested? Email a personal letter. I prioritize according to whether I think you “fit in” and if you intend to stay longer, as the apartment is rented indefinitely, preferably as long as possible. For questions, this also applies to email contact.
