About 600 employees work at our telephone bank in Gothenburg. The dedication and willingness to help our customers with everything from simple questions to more complex issues permeate everything we do. Our office is centrally located in Gothenburg with proximity to both communications and shops and restaurants.
As a Service Manager at our telephone bank, you are SEB’s face to the outside and have one of the most important roles for our customers. You are passionate about finding the best solutions, products and services for our customers.
Guiding and training our customers in digital environments and tools is an important part of your job.
We are there for our customers in the various events of life, which makes our job varied, challenging, fun and sometimes hectic. In order to succeed in your work you will receive an education that gives you a good foundation to stand on.

Who are you
We are looking for you who are passionate about service, are social and want to meet customers on the phone.
You are a good communicator and want to give every customer a good experience of SEB. You have easy to learn new things, good at problem solving and curious about our digital development.
Your surroundings would describe you as energizing, cooperative and committed.
To stay current in the role, we see that you have:
Experience of service
Good telephone and computer experience
Good knowledge of both Swedish and English in speech and writing
Secondary education
