As a restaurant assistant, you serve guests, work in the kitchen, checkout and keep the restaurant clean. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that we always serve guests Sweden’s tastiest burgers. The work involves varying working hours on days, evenings, nights and weekends. Under the guidance of the restaurant manager or an experienced colleague, you learn the job step by step at the various stations and through our digital training. Almost all of our managers have started right here.
