Runner / Counter manager wanted for café operations
We are looking for a committed and willing to work runner/counter manager for an assignment with one of our customers in the café industry.
In this role, you are responsible for the café’s smooth operation behind the scenes. The work involves a fast pace with a focus on dishes, cleaning, refilling and creating good conditions for other employees.
Job duties
Responsible for dishes and dish stations
Keep the cafe’s surfaces clean and well organized
Stock up on napkins, cutlery, mugs and other consumables
Manage waste and recycling
Ensure that the cafe’s routines for order and hygiene are followed
Support other employees where needed

Qualifications
Requirements
Ability to work at a fast pace
Good physique as the role involves a lot of movement
Good spoken Swedish

Meritorious
Previous experience from a restaurant, cafe or commercial kitchen
Experience of dish or service work

About the service
