We are looking for a chef with great drive and attention to detail who wants to help develop the restaurant at Hovås Kallbadhus. The focus is on raw materials from the sea!
The guests will be greeted by good food, beautiful surroundings and a warm welcome. We are in an expansive and exciting phase where we want you to be part of our vision to put Hovås Kallbadhus on the map as the obvious destination in Gothenburg.
Qualifications and characteristics
A burning interest in food, taste and texture!
Extensive experience in à la carte, lunch and banquet catering.
You need to be SELF-MANAGING in the kitchen and be able to manage both prep, hot and cold kitchens and the door.
Structure, hygiene and self-control are a matter of course for you.
Vocational training in restaurants is something we look at warmly.
Of course, you are a good team player who wants to develop and share your own knowledge.
Job duties
You will be part of our chef team but are expected to be able to work independently. The work is day and evening both weekdays and weekends. Possibility of permanent employment for the right person.
We offer the right person an exciting job in a company with high development potential. The position is part-time, but possibly full-time during periods. We have a collective agreement with the Union and HRF. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.
