Are you meticulous, quick and like to keep order? As dish and night cleaning staff at Mossbylund and Bongska Huset, you become an important part of our magical team that ensures that everything runs smoothly in the kitchen and restaurant. Here, the job is more than just cleaning and washing dishes – it’s an adventure where your contribution makes the entire guest experience magical.
YOUR WORK DUTIES
As dish and night cleaning staff, you are responsible for ensuring that dishes, crockery and kitchen utensils are always sparkling clean and in the right place for kitchen and service staff. You must also clean and keep order in and around your station in the washroom. During the quiet of the night, you ensure that the kitchen floor and floor drains, all surfaces and floors of the scullery, and all equipment are kept spotless and ready when the next day’s kitchen team arrives. Although most of the work takes place behind the scenes, you meet guests daily in the restaurant where you of course always greet, answer questions and guide them further if necessary.

You are meticulous, fast and enjoy physical work. You like when a lot is happening around you and make sure that everything around you is kept in top condition. You have a positive attitude, spread energy in the team and enjoy working to keep the kitchen and scullery running smoothly – because when you do your job really well behind the scenes, you also create magic for the rest of the team and our guests. You enjoy variety in everyday life, see the value in making every effort count and feel pride in doing the little extra.
To shine in this role, we would like you to:
– has experience in similar duties in dishes and cleaning – is flexible and can adapt to different tempos and between working day, evening and night – has good planning skills and can work independently – has a driver’s license and access to a car – can communicate in Swedish and/or English

We are looking for you who want to work 80% during the summer, June – September, with work both weekdays and weekends. We are also looking for you who then want to continue working 60% with us during the autumn and winter season.
Salary according to agreement between HRF and Visita:
Standard From 1 April 2025; SEK 149.46/h From 1 April 2026; SEK 153.64/h
With 6 years of experience or more From 1 April 2025; SEK 160.56/h From 1 April 2026; SEK 167.31/h
