We are looking for you who want to be an important part of the rhythm behind the summer at Vidhave. The role in the dish station and as a runner is often the first step into the restaurant world – and a place where you quickly learn how the whole works, both in the kitchen and dining room.
With us, the work is not only about pace, but about structure, responsibility and contributing to a place where both guests and colleagues enjoy themselves.

About the role
You mainly work with dishes, hygiene and flow in the kitchen, but also with simpler tasks in and around the restaurant. Some days go quickly, others are calmer – then we help where needed.
The work may, for example, involve:
keep the disk drive organized and moving
ensure order, cleanliness and hygiene
help with preparations in the kitchen or dining room
carry out food or support serving when needed
contribute to the whole place feeling welcoming and cared for

We see the role as a natural step for those who want to understand the restaurant’s pace and working methods from the ground up.

You do not need to have extensive experience. More important is that you:
is curious and wants to learn
can easily see structure and keep order
thrives in a team where you help each other
not afraid to cut in when necessary

Spoken Swedish and English are important in meeting both colleagues and guests. More languages ​​are meritorious.

Our culture
Vidhave is a destination under development. We work closely with each other and believe in hosting that is simple, respectful and without prestige. Even behind the scenes, you are part of the guest experience – what you do is felt in the whole.
We work with predictable schedules. When the season starts, you have your schedule for the whole summer, usually in a 3-3 rotation where work and time off alternate.

• Season: June – August
• Working hours: day, evening and weekend
• Staff accommodation is available for the right person
• Salary according to agreement
